Real Life lacks a HUD and atmospheric suspense music. It fails HARD :P:P:P

Only problem is, it doesn't take place in any type of "corridor" environmant. The levels in AW are pretty big.

Completed it yesterday. Great game. Environments were pretty open, even though it was strictly on a path. Even the driving parts allowed for some exploration.

I specifically said, more than once, the game's main plot path is linear, but that the environments offer an extra layer of exploration. Learn to read, its a helpful skill if you're going to participate in a forum. And no, I do NOT agree about the game being a flop. That's only your own fanboy perspective.

In Real Life's story, the characters always die. At first, it was shocking, but now it's a pretty poor plot device.

Real life clearly runs smoother and looks better than Alan Wake. But real life has a really boring, cliche, story. the pace is too slow, it takes forever to get to the point.

I agree, I actually live IN a forest and while from a video game point there trees arent that bad they really didnt get them down all taht well.

I think people really underestimate the Scenery in this game. Sure, the Character models arent the best, but the enviorments are some of the best weve seen.

Atleast you can change the controls in Alan Wake... God the default ones in RL are friggin annoying!

I hear real life is the better game regardless of graphics, just because within it you can play every game every created and it constantly gets new patches that add games as they are made. Then outside playing all other games its own game exists.
