Alan Wake will be gamespots next 10.

Quote me on it. The game looks flawless. Complete 10 material. Premise is original, its new ground for a game just the way everything seems to be playing out. The gameplay looks fantasticly intense. The graphics are top notch, some of the best this gen, probably the best on the 360 yet.

It's remedy here we're talking about, these guys know how to do a story. They know quality. I expect this game to have a jawdropping twist in the story that blows everyones mind. I fully expect this game to have one of the best stories in gaming history. Sam Lake is a genius writer.

I've had this 10 feeling from this game since I heard the first info about it and saw the first trailer and premise revealed back in like 2005. This might be game of the generation.

I dont know guys. The level of hype around here isnt big for this game but ever since I've heard about it I've had this feeling it's going to be the best game of the generation, like RE4 was to last gen.

I think it looks like a good game but the from the screenshots I've seen, the graphics are a complete letdown. That will most likely be its downfall with score. Both MGS4 and GTA IV had not only great storylines and gameplay, but very very good graphics.

8.5~9 thats what i see it's getting.

8.0 - 9.5. We wont be seeing 10 games for a long time.

I highly, highly doubt it, the more and more I see of that game the worse it gets, at the moment it looks like it's on a downward slope towards an 8 or below.

It should be! :P Five or more years in development? Ample time to polish a game, unlike Too Human, which was a mess. I'm looking forward to Alan Wake, however. Whatever it scores here, I'm still interested.

imo, Heavy Rain has a chance to score a 10... I just think the cinematic experience, and the story driven style of it will really impress, and if the gameplay is solid, I think we may see a 10, or at the very least 9.5.

Don't ask why, but I just have a really good feeling about Heavy Rain. :P
