All gamers should own a Ps3 (56k warning)

Because when you think about, its a perfect hybrid between the Wii and 360... Hardware wise, its a better than 360s in power,graphics (when devs master its 8 core architecture) and much more reliable.It also has motion sensing,but unlike the wii, it doesnt sacrifise a conventional controller in doing so.

As for games, well even the games are looking like a mix between the 2 consoles. Where the 360 has darker games, such as gears, and the wii has....kiddy...games, the PS3 s a perfect mix.

As well as some of the coolest looking games to be unleashed,

Metal gear 4

Drakes fortune

Final Fantasy 13

Heavenly Sword

So,I think any real gamer should own a PS3, its a premium slice of next gen entertainment.

Also, you know what turned me off of the Waitstation3? First off, I could play more than 1 AAA game for 10 months. Second, I don't have 600-800 dollars for a game system. Third, I was almost swayed into getting a PS3, but that was before it lost it's exclusives.

That being said, for some people, PS3 is a perfect choice. Like me, Im not big on online, I like standard controllers, I have an HDTV, I had the money. Others have different wants from their console of choice. So, no, all gamers shouldnt own a PS3, only some.

SPE are not cores.

£425 for an entry level Blu-Ray player with all of one interesting game on it atm is a bit steep. I'll wait until it's got some good games on it and is a reasonable price. Judging by the way it's going that'll probably be early '09. I can live with a high end PC, 360 and Wii until then though.
