1. This is from a third party company, do you know how much dev kits cost? No way they would have brought them all the way to Germany to showcase their games

2. It's been already confirmed that all Sony first party titles were running on actual ps4 hardware.

Honestly that proof on the OP looks more like it's pointing in EA's direction than PS4's.

PS4 is bassicaly PC HTPC so I don't see what's so shockin here.

Next-gen pretty much ALL multiplat games will be PC-lead during their development, even those that never actually make it to PC. So they will be shown on PCs with pads plugged in. Only at the very last stretch of development will they be moved to dev-kits
