I remember tha hate after MW2 and the the very same that bashed MW2 looking forward to Black Ops. All of a sudden everyone hated the series it seemed. I'm sure that there are people who truly dislike the series but I also believe there are some bandwagon haters. Maybe MW3 will have people who claim to hate the series yet still play it anyway:lol:

I like Call of Duty, I also like Battlefield so I like to think I'm not too biased.

Personally there are a few high quality games other people like that I don't. For instance, while I love Left 4 Dead 2, I hate the repetition and shortness of the first and think its just a tad overrated, but I'm not going to go on every L4D article down talking the fanbase, the game, the creators and being an insufferable jerk just because others like it and I don't.

People who hate on CoD nowadays tend to be insecure BF fanboys who can't just let the game' quality speak for itself, and it gives the honest and not annoying BF fans a bad name. I mean, I like Burger King much more then McDonaldds, but I don't spend half my life talking about how BF destroys McD and how only little kids like McD or some stupid rhetoric like that.

Everyone is crazy about FPS, yet it didnt stop Heavy Rain an PS3 exclusive selling over 2m... so if you make a good game it will sell no matter the genre...BF3, Skyrim, U3 and AC are all going up against MW3 bcoz they KNOW there game is better and they all will sale great.MW3 will win sales followed by BF3 because guess what everyone loves there FPS'sSupah_Dupah_FLY

The developers are either lazy or they know of their incompentence so they don't dare make any significant changes to the game because they know they will mess it up even more.

I have barely seen anything suggesting that yet. The game still plays and looks the same as the others most of the time still.I have yet to see how open the maps are in any of the maps.I'm also talking about making the singleplayer non-linear and linear at the same time to.
