Am i missing something? So far the 360 has more 09 exclusives then PS3

Ok, so, if you NEED a Microsoft Operating System, which is a REQUIREMENT to play those games, just like to play PS3 games, the PS3 is the requirement, that means, with what you said, 360/PC games are exclusive.
