At the end of the day its a first person shooter with a mech. I mean its seems like it will be fun so we will have to wait and see. The bottom line is the first person shooter is getting stagnet. There really has not been much change in a long time. COD and Halo have made it very difficult for any other game to really match what they have done. At the end of the day it's kind of like Madden. What do people honestly expect to change in a football game? Same thing with an FPS, what can you really do differently or what can you do to get people from COD or Halo? I should just say COD for the most part, but Halo is still going strong.
Its an FPS don't expect groundbreaking stuff, but again, it is not even out yet so who knows what type of fun factor it bring.
I have a pretty strong gaming PC, updated it this year. I don't own any consoles and I'm not going to get Titanfall either. My feelings strongly resonate with what others have voiced here, it looks like another COD, but with mechs and set in the future. Basically it feels underwhelming because the gameplay videos showed things that _look cool_ but we don't actually know if there's any _depth_ to the game at all.Why do I get the feeling that if it was on PS4, you'd be incredbly impressed?

honestly just not enough in the game you get like 10 guns to choose from and 3 different mechs along with 5 titan weapons its not to special
I can't be impressed atm because it's frickin 60€ where I live. There is no way in hell that I'm paying this kind of money for a game that doesn't even have a SP campaign. Bargain bin game for me, looks like a fun MP but I'm not going to let industry-über hype affect my principles and integrity.
I don't really like JRPGs any more (except Kingdom Hearts and FFXV which plays like KH). Not a fan of COD, Battlefield or Killzone MP and Titanfall is just as boring. I do strongly prefer single player and co-op games over competitive MP though which why Destiny is my top game with a solid release date in 2014.

Incredible how i was defending Titanfall nine months ago while the majority was calling it a CoD clone hah
lol "looks", I thought you would at least say you played it and didn't like it TC. I'd be like 'well, no games for everyone'. But you're just saying it looks like this and it looks like that. Whatever. At least have a good reason, for me it's that it's a multiplayer game, and I'm not into that.
I mean Drive Club looks like GT, but will probably play like TDU. It's meaningless.
Ok i admit, after a while the feeling of been there done that starts to set in but you guys have to understand that this is the birth of a new IP, once production for a sequel begins, they will add and polish more stuff into the game. As a template for future releases, this is amazing, especially considering this genre needed a real syringe in the arm, this game does just that
