nah, not 1080p......bought it (last year) before that was even getting big.  But after reading about the miniscule differences in 1080p vs. 1080i/720p I can say I'm not too dissapointed.

I only have a 15' inch tv. But i play my consoles on my mac monitor to solve the problem of the big screen (luckily almost no delay at all, but the flicker of the interlaced images is quite annoying).
Not interested in an HDTV for now (tooooooo expensive)

I'll start using my main TV which is about 21" once I get a new one (possibly HD).  BTW, even on a tiny SDTV, the difference between current and last gen graphics is still very noticeable.

How is that reasonable? With that money I could get a PS3 and a bunch of games. Or a truck full of games for my 360. Or build a top of the line PC. Of pay for a semester of college.

You get what you pay for thats why. I think its worth it...  

To each there own I guess. I've played Gears on my friend's HDTV and I honestly do not see how anyone can say it's worth that much money.

The first time I saw Gears on a 42 inch HDTV I knew I was going to get one.

1080i is HD.  You're good to go. 

75cm SDTV here, and quite old I guess. Gonna buy some big ass HDTV soon, but those things are still way too expensive. At least here in Croatia.

When Crysis comes, wanna hook up 8800GTX onto something bigger and better than the 21'' CRT :-P
