For all people criticising the Switch it sold like hot cakes and the Switch 2 will also.

It will be interesting to see how quickly the Switch 2 outsells both the PS5 and the Xbox series because it will happen.

@Pedro: In what world am I a man?

The Switch is the combination of a handheld and a console, while the Wii U functioned as a console.

Buying the Wii U, 3DS, and Switch while hating Nintendo? Well, if you like burning money, then sure...

I mean, I dislike the PS5, so I didn't buy one. I dislike the Xbox, so I didn't buy it. One of us is silly, and it ain't me.

@Pedro: The Switch was the console that Nintendo rightfully gave third party hardcore gamers the middle finger with. They appealed to their fans, and that paid off well.

But the Switch has better third party support than the Wii U did

I dunno man. I'm sure it'll have Mario Kart 9 and a 3D Mario game early in its life but I'm just not excited for any more Nintendo.

Just put the rest of Metroid Prime and Zelda Windwaker/Twilight Princess on Switch and let it be my last Nintendo system :)

Is it wrong to just want another powerful Nintendo console. We haven't had one since the GameCube.

Grown woman?🤷🏽‍♂️ Point still remains.

You are not using your nogging. Don't allow your blind foolishness to exempt you from seeing the obvious iteration the Switch is the WiiU. This is basic shit.

I hate Nintendo?😂 Don't be basic.

Use context. The Wii U was different from the Switch because they kept the first year of the Wii U empty, so that third party companies can release without competition. One of the ways that the third party hardcore companies made excuses for flopping on the Wii, was saying that Nintendo games are too popular. Funny... Just Dance, Resident Evil, Sonic Colors, Monster Hunter, etc, managed to do well alongside Nintendo's first party releases. Sounds like those third party companies were just mediocre.

With the Switch, Nintendo gave them the middle finger and released the Switch with Zelda BOTW and Super Mario Odyssey. Nintendo serviced their core audience, and it paid off. Of course, the Switch was so successful that third party companies couldn't ignore it.

I don't think it's wrong to want this. Though it's likely not going to happen. The GameCube was a flop. The Wii was a success and so was the Switch.

Constantly defending Nintendo while they're offering you the bare minimum and still charging $70 per game must be exhausting.
