Koei revealed the release date today for its futuristic racer Fatal Inertia for the Xbox 360, with a PLAYSTATION 3 ship date conspicuously absent. While the 360 SKU will ship this September 11, according to the Koei reps we contacted for clarification, the PS3 version has been "delayed indefinitely."

When will it stop? Does the PS3 have any 3rd-party exclusives left?

It was a game that was always laughed at for having weak graphics and for being developed by koei. The reason you probably haven't heard of it is because no one did care about it.
