lol I called it from my other thread. Destiny is going be in his worse game of 2014 video. He would have given it a 4/10 if it wasn't for a few good things he liked in the game.

Who cares what some random person scored some random game. Just like this site or any other individual site. I have know the hypocrisy of not using sites like metacritic or gamerankings around these parts for a long time, but the truth stands that you will find the most diverse and accurate game scores at those places since they are a compiled average of 100's of different outlets.

On that note, scores are like A'holes.... I think you know the rest.. lol. Still wont stop me from reviewing games either. However, on that note I would make it clear from the start that it is just an opinion, which is something people seem to forget exists these days.

Although Metacritic (idk about gamerankings) doesn't use a straight average, certain sites are given greater weight

Ok, I just finished the whole review now. Spot on...just spot on. I think I'm going to sell this game back to help pay for Horizon 2. What a f**king let down Bungie...what a let down. I will gladly wait for the Master Chief Collection to get my amazing SP and MP fix for months to come.

Yea, it's an opinion...but it's based on FACTS. And the FACTS back up that this game SUCKS ASS. His opinions of the amazing presentation, music, and overall gameplay mechanics are the only qualities that back up the game positively. But the facts presented tell otherwise. Don't even tell me it's an opinion that this game has a fucking awful story and a random loot system that blows cock.

he's wrong. destiny deserved a 90%+ at MC, but PC payed off reviewers to give it bad score.

I think people are really jumping the gun here with Bungie, Destiny is a massive failure, but otherwise they still have a great history.

Good review. It was pretty funny how consolites hyped the shit out of this, even though they say they despise MMOs, and this game is just an FPS with all the worst elements of MMOs, but none of the good.

Glad I never even thought of buying this game. People have to stop supporting shit like this. If I pay full price for a game, I demand the full fucking game. Not a glorified demo.

He makes a ton of great points. it's no secret how strongly he feels about greedy DLC practices. Most gamers should at least agree with him on that, unless you enjoy paying for more content that was left out of the game from the get-go. There was a lot of promises made with Destiny that simply weren't delivered....but but but DLC!! Regardless of whether or not you like Joe or his reviews, he literally hits the nail right on the head with all of his points with Destiny.

The game is still a blast to play. A 6/10 isn't unfair if you're looking at it objectively as a whole.

Yeah honestly if there should be anything taken from this review it should be the troubling trend of major AAA games with massive budgets releasing with small amount of content..

Its your Destiny to shoot the same things over and over again and end up getting a item you can't use. Where is the trade option when you need it the most. For a game that takes all the shitty elements of an MMO they couldn't implement any good ones.
