any football fans here?

anyone going to be buying backbreaker after many delays it looks like it will be coming out june 1st. i am gonna wait for the reviews, but since most reviews come out before the game is launced this will hopefully be a day 1 buy for me. how about you guys

Demo was approved by MS and Sony won't be long until we are playing it. At this point anything is better than Madden. And there won't be any reviews for the game until it is released. i5750at4Ghz

My brother will get it on day one since he preordered it, there's a demo on May 25th, and Madden 10 isn't the best football game either.

It was the best one since madden 07 to me but not enough to make me buy it. Madden 2k5 is still the best foot ball game out there. Hopefully Backbreaker turns out great, from what i've seen though, makes me happy.

i just hope it isnt a train wreck they are already talking about a sequel. i hope this lights a fire under ea sports's butt to get going with better maddens

I hope so too, would be a sad event for me. The thing with EA is that they don't really change much from year to year for me to warrant a purchase. If i'm not mistaking, they also bring down the servers from the previous tittle so pretty much makes the online useless. They could at least update the roster but nooooo.

There is Football, and Soccer, Soccer is what we have little kids play to keep them occupied and get exercisein the US. Then they grow up and play a real sport i.e. Football, Baseball, Hockey, Basketball.

this game has the potential to be a revolutionary change to sports games for the rest of this gen. EA did it with FNR4, and may be also considered a pioneer in the physics based collision detection. the tech even works to some degree on wii.
