Any more 360 exclusives comming out? 2008/2009.

Besides Gears 2 and Fable 2?

I can't think of any.

Well, both companies announced games long ago, Sony with their Killzone 2, etc. M$ with their Too Human, Alan Wake, Halo Wars etc.

With M$ cancelling so many 1st party Developers, I think instead they are going the direction of Buying Timed Exclusives (Like Rockband 2's 30 day window, etc.). Extra DLC (Like GTA4's), some XLBA Games, and I'm sure they will have a retail surprise lined up.

It is odd though, we always had an idea of the BIG Holiday releases year(s) in advance for M$, then again, Nintendo is always quiet, and they got Wii Music/Animals Crossing coming this year.

Maybe we will see the Xbox 720 announced next E3, perhaps Halo 4(It will be 2 years at that point.), or Splinter Cell 5 may get delayed till Xmas (I'm sure the Ubisoft Developers are done playing Metal Gear Solid 4 for inspiration by now).

Plus, there will always be smaller hits coming, like Lips, Halo Wars, etc.

No offence to anyone who worships MGS and all that, but i'd take a SC over a MGS any day, if i'm looking for an actual stealth game that is.
