Anyone else dissapointed with the 360 this gen?

Well it's 2 platforms vs 1.

PC + PS3 = 360

Of course there's also good exclusives on PC too, but nothing I'd personally miss other than WoW.

360 plays everything I want; Mass Effect, Fallout, L4D, Gears, Forza, you know "the good stuff."

PS3 games that are actually good : Heavy Rain (I liked it so screw you), Infamous, Motorstorm Apoc (nothing else like it), Twisted Metal, Starhawk, even MAG is still fun after all these years, or at least it beats the f*ck out of Call of BroGamer. And yeah I actually like Killzone more than Halo.

Bottom line is that a person can be happy with any single platform out there.

In fact we don't even have time to play everything we like, because everyone has 12 devices.

It was my least played platform and the most redundant of the bunch, but it still served its purpose. A lot of the arcade games are outstanding!

kuraimens jealousy of the 360 is both heart warming and endearing. He's always in 360 threads because of its gravitational pull on his heart strings. I have a ps3 and I don't hangout in ps3 threads either because it SUCKS so I hangout in PC/360 threads because they rule the roost.

Huge disappointment. Having said that, it does have some of my favorite games this generation.

It's been a long, strange console gen.

I actually remember the start, "1080p, 60 fps, 4D on every game!" , "360 is MS trash that just shows HD PS2 games!", "All the third parties will go for PS again!" "Next gen starts when Sony says!" "PS3 will sell 100 million, 360 will sell the same as Xbox!"

Yet none of that came true. 360 shot outta the gates and never looked back, and is still going strong 7 years later. PS3 has been playing catch up ever since.

This gen started in 2005 and it's coming to an end in 2012. PS3 still has less sales and less good games then 360.

JUST WAIT? We have been, and PS3 never made it outta last place!

Cows just got brutalised so horrendously in so many ways (late launch, insane overpricing, mandatory installs, PSN sucking/collapsing, crap multiplats, all PS2's exclusives going multiplat, lack of so many 360/PC games like the Witcher 2, late shoddy ports of incredible games like Oblivion and Bioshock, DLC coming late or never, slow Blu ray drive = longer load times, waiting years for overhyped mehness like Lair and GT5, having to deal with multiple repeated Wii ripoffs in SIXAXIS and MOVE, being told rumble was last gen and then charged 50 euro for a rumble pad, and the list goes on and on and on...) that they had to go insane and just rely on lies to make any sort of an arguement.

Fact: PS3 did not win a single area in this console gen, except as a movie player. (Cos Blu Rays are cool :))

But since Cows are by definition insane they can't ever accept that ? O well :P

I double checked and foiund out that the FACT is the 360 is superior. Seems ps3 can't even do very simple things like cross game chat, party chat, real time achievement comparisons , custom playlists in-game, run multiplats at an acceptable frame-rate or have a controller suited to the FPS genre.

Now those are FACTS, kid.
