I got the platinum about 2 months ago and even now I still enjoy playing the game. Can't wait for the sequel.

I'm assuming a sequel is inevitable, but in case there's any possibility of there not being one, I'll go ahead and say I hope there is one.

i finished it using the evil cole few days ago, the game still rocks, but once you finish it on both stories, it gets old fast.

I'm playing it through mostly on evil now, although every now and then there is a circumstance where I just can't quite bring myself to do the evil thing, so I do the good thing instead. I'm actually amazing how emotionally compelling the game's moral decisions can be; they're comparable in terms of emotional impact to any decision I've had to make in an RPG.

I recently just played through it again (Evil, because Arc Lightning is awesome) and loved it just as much as the first time. I've beaten it about 4 times now which is kind of a lot considering the game is fairly long. Infamous really doesn't get much recognition here on SW but it really is an awesome game. The inevitable sequel will be amazing as well

While most gamers on SW are playing the latest and greatest, I'm usually playing games six months to a year old, so I tend to feel a bit behind the times when it comes to SW.

lol it's all good. I usually keep up with what is "in" but I always go back to my favorite games and play through them again. I usually get random urges to play certain games which is why I never sell any of my games. I'm kind of in a down time with games while I'm waiting for Heavy Rain, Bad Company 2, and God of War 3 to be released so its been a nice time to catch up on old favorites. Plus, my area had a blizzard last week and I'm been snowed in for the past week. Plenty of time for games lol

Yeah, I've been snowed in for about a week, too; that's why I've had so much time to play games lately. College normally eats most of my week, but this week I had plenty of time; I beat Rainbow Six Vegas, played some Mercenaries 2, and now I'm starting up Infamous.

Nope! I bought the special edition on day one and played it for about 50 hours until I had nothing left to do since i already got platinum from it. And Gigawatt Blade sucks and unnecessary. :(

inFamous takes the title of being my favorite sandbox game ever. Awesome fun on both playthroughs. I Platted the game and will probably re-Plat it later on a different account. Really fun game.

I bought it just recently and I'm really enjoying it. At the same time, I'm also listing off in my head the things that could have been improved about it. It's got some jankiness in spots.

Oh no, it's definitely not without its flaws. I hate the way Cole always drifts towards the closest surface whenever you jump; it makes it look really wonky when you're flying through the air, and all of a sudden he changes directions just to catch a ledge. But it's easily overlooked most of the time.

Yeah, I notice that grabbing ledges doesn't always work like you think it will when looking at the building. Not all of the geometry is made to be climbed on, which is confusing sometimes. And there's also just some general bugs, like getting the wrong kind of karma for no reason (happened to me twice) or police randomly shooting civilians. But It's a open-world game, and it's the first one they've made, so it's surprising that it turned out as well as it did.

It's actually interesting, too, because if you've played any of the Sly Cooper games, you'll notice some similarities between the two in the platforming department. Having a bunch of circular objects with ledges that you can walk around being the one that comes to mind immediately.

Yes! Got it a few months ago. Saw some ads, saw the score, read the review. Sounded all good. Bought it.

Totally worth the score. I love the exploration and climbing, and the powers are simply fun to use.

I'm not crazy for the regenerating health system, but it's okay.

This game really doesn't get a lot of talk here. Probably overshadowed by the likes of KZ2 and U2.

I feel a little bit like I'm showing up late to the party in my ratty pajamas, but I just had to make a thread to ask if anyone besides me is still enjoying Infamous? Out of the PS3 exclusives that I've played so far, Infamous could easily be one of the best ones in terms of all-around fun. The graphics aren't amazing, but scale and scope of the world compensate fairly well for that. The acrobatics are awesome with great animations to make the whole thing feel fluid and lively; you really feel, when playing the game, like you can do anything you want. I went into the game fairly skeptical, expecting a cookie-cutter sandbox game, but now I'm looking at Infamous as one of the best PS3 exclusives I've played. Anyone else agree? Anyone else still having a blast with this game? Anyone else really care?

LOVED it while it lasted. Played it first on medium as good Cole, and then on hard as bad Cole so I could destroy everything and it would be all the more satisfying :D. Unfortunately, that's where it ended, though. No more stuff to do and it just sits idly in my CD case now.
