Anyone excited for Ubisoft's conference later? 7/12/2020 12PM PDT

I'll be asleep when the show goes live, so I'll probably catch up on YouTube when I wake up.

Not that there aren't things I want to see. Apparently Gods & Monsters has become a completely different game, including a new name, so I want to see that. Also, I want to see what the Hell happened to Beyond Good & Evil 2 and Skull & Bones. Watch Dogs Legion and Far Cry 6 also look interesting. I also wouldn't be surprised if they announce something new, though I'm not holding my breath for it.

Ubisoft will have the best show to date for me personally,Xbox first game reveal had me interested in 2 games,Sony had one I will buy.

already announced but games I will be buying from Ubisoft are ACV,watchdogs and the leaked FC6 and a few more hopefully

Meh Far Cry 6 is my only interest really enjoyed 5. Given up all hope of a new splinter cell.

I'm.excited to see Valhalla, Far Cry 6 and some Gods and Monsters gameplay.

Gods and monsters is really a chance for Ubisoft to do something new.

I want a new Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia or Ubiart engine game. Hell, give me a Prince of Persia on Ubiart engine.

Far Cry 6, Watch Dogs: Legion and Valhalla are the only 3 Ubi games I wanna see the most and looking forward to playing all of them on day one. (And don't mind Ubi games cause at least they don't do half-ass job with the PC ports)

Watch dogs and the next AC. Anything with old England peaks my interest.

Far Cry won't be groundbreaking in its gameplay, it'll be more far cry 3

Valhalla will just be more origins/odyssey

Watch dogs will be more watch dogs...

So for Gods & monsters I feel that Ubisoft truly has a chance to do something fresh.

@Random_Matt: Watch Dogs 3 has London, which is an interesting city for it to be set in.

Though I do wonder how their Dystopian version will turn out. I hope their funky neon London is an improvement for the better. Or else I feel that they should've just made a 1:1 copy or an entirely new cyberpunk world like in... well, cyberpunk.

So many were let go at Ubi, that they may not have enough staff for the next year's AssCreed 🤢

I'm looking forward too seeing more on AC Valhalla. I'm also hoping to see a For Honor sequel announced.

A little off topic but I just want to say I hate this Summer of gaming crap hopefully next year we get E3 back. I know Sony wouldn't be there but whatever. This slow drip taped streaming events are boring AF I rather have all the these games be shown off in a couple of days together.

I'll keep an open mind, but Im totally expecting to see the same Ubisoft generic open world games that we have seen time and again.

Well, I expect to see the new Assassin's Creed and Far Cry and Watch Dogs games. Curious though what their plans are for their other online heavy franchises like Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor, The Division. Will they offer upgrades for new consoles with cross-gen cross-play to keep up user engagement or just rely on BC?

Probably mostly looking forward to seeing new IPs or unannounced sequels they might show.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to checking it out. Most interested in Far Cry 6, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Watch Dogs 3.

I'm only interested on the free game. The last Ubisoft games I was hyped about were ages ago. If I'm not mistaken it was Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Rainbow Six Vegas and a couple years later Farcry 2 that sealed the disappointment and my interest in their games went out the window.

Watching conferences are almost always anticlimactic. If anything turns out to be worthwhile, I'll see them in headlines.

If they announced like a new P.O.D. or SpeedDevils ya maybe, otherwise hell to the NO.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I've gotten incredibly bored with the Ubisoft open world complete a checklist game, but if they're able to evolve their design standards, they have enough quality IP to create some great content.

I'll check it out in the hopes of a new Splinter Cell announcement, and an update about Beyond Good and Evil 2.

Maybe some Settlers news, too, would be nice.

Don't care about any Watch Dogs, AC, or FC news....for better or worse I will buy all three titles and probably enjoy the shit out of them.

*Watch Dogs Legion actually looks kind of neat. Wasn't too hyped for it but that weird little film was pretty cool. Not too sure about the whole "play as anyone" mechanic, seems a bit unrealistic even for a game. Definitely like the grim, dark :P future of future London though.

It is insane how bland everything looks from Ubi. Its as if they released 1 game, and 15 or so DLC's for that one game with different settings just to feel a bit different. Holy shit.

Not excited over Ubisoft games, can't wait to see what MS conferences in a week or so.

Started off strong with Watch Dogs Legion, then mobile trash, then yet another damn battle royale game thats gonna be monetized to hell and back, AC: Valhalla looks alright, FC6 trailer showed us nothing.

Solid 6/10 show.

It showed us FC might be going out of the jungle and into the city. That's a nice change of pace.

Not that I don't enjoy the tropical regions of FC 3 or the Himalayas of FC 4 or the beautiful American wilderness of FC 5, but urban combat has its own appeal as well.

I expect them to add some faction mechanic as well. Wonder if you're going to play as the president's kid.

I guess it's easier to develop a really cool looking CG video than buggy, alpha, unfinished gameplay?

Though with barely over half a year left before release, you'd expect Far Cry 6 to be all but finished and in QC testing.

Which is kind of funny for a battle royale game. I don't think people really care about story when it comes to multiplayer. At least I don't. No one is sitting here thinking "OK just ten more kills to unlock the next cutscene" or whatever.

AC AI looks terrible, wolves stand still and do nothing apparently.

They've already made too many far crys and assassin's creed's and rainbow six games, they've only made two pod games and one speed devils pc version was called speed busters.

Time to bring em back and also some other franchises that havent been rehashed to death yet and create some new franchises also.

It's a shame we didn't see anything truly refreshing or new.

It was still nice to see AC and I like the Far Cry trailer.
