Please stop with the misinformation.
Also Sony admitted in an interview that they do not know how to create the software that can recognize different parts of the body

You seem to be the one posting misinformation. Here is an interview from the Playstation R&D Guru Dr. Richard Marks the creator of Playstation Eye.
"Peripheral-free, marker-free, highly detailed three-dimensional body tracking is a challenge, even with a 3D camera, and it is even more difficult with a 2D camera. Partial solutions are possible."
Is it the same type of tracking the Kinect can do? No, but he says there are solutions to give you similar results with tracking.
Also regarding voice regonition:
"...the PlayStation Eye has a four-microphone array, which we designed primarily to enable far-field voice input, so voice recognition is a possibility."
I agree that the Kinect camera is more advanced than the Playstation Eye, there is no arguing that, but it the Eye can produce a similar experience to the Kinect
"Partial solutions are possible", means using tricks to give the effect of body tracking.
3d body tracking cannot be done on a RGB 2d camera... it just simply could not be done in a real world scenario.. it would require a massive calibration and setup process every time you wanted to play a game and would still be incredibly spotty at best. 2D body tracking with a single RGB camera is possible... but if you thought the limitations and lag kinect has is bad, just amplify it by 10.... games would be unplayable. What the pseye does is use various tricks to replicate the effects of body tracking.
Let me just put it this way, its more likely kinect will be able to match the accuracy of the move controller, than it is for sony to match the body tracking capabilities of kinect with the pseye. Which is to say, it aint gonna happen.
But at the same time i dont understand why move proponents continue to persist with this nonsense. The move has accuracy the kinect will never be able to match, and the kinect has full body tracking capabilities the move will never be able to match. Both excel in different areas.
If you want to play a dancing game, or kickboxng game... kinect is your answer. If you want to play a bowling game, or ping pong game... move is your answer. Each technology has its own advantage, pretending one can do everything as good as the other is laughable.
