Anyone remember people bashed PS4 for shovelware, indies, low budget and no AAAs?

Now defending MS for everything they claim they hated about PS4? No?

Well here is a refresher.

lets take a trip down the PS4 hate memory lane and enjoy how funny it is hearing these arguments in hindsight in 2019.

This is good for a laugh or to remind you of how un-credible the people who make these arguments really are.

@6:06 - 6:24 and @11:05 - 11:20 are absolutely golden "egg on the face" moments for these guys.

The first argument used against PS4 LITERALLY describe what Xbox One is now. The second argument, which was being used to try to describe Xbox One, ironically actually describes what Sony has provided to PS4 owners.

@11:13 "That's why I'm an xbox dude. MS has always given me the big AAA blockbusters that I want, that's why I'll continue to be an xbox dude!"

Man these guys sure did change their narrative to fit whatever the company they worship said they would give them. Geez!

How did they go from there to bashing AAA games like HZD, God of War and Spiderman while praising low budget free-to-play level shovelware trash like Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves and State of Decay 2?

It's kind of shocking to know that people in SW change their arguments according to the conjuncture. Next what? Cows will start saying "the Xbox has no games" because non AAA titles are not games anymore? That's impossible it will never happen!

Make excuses for, damage controling, excusing for being mediocre...how ever you want to word it, they have done it for Crackdown 3 and tried to pass it off as ultimate "fun". That's why you need to watch the video.

They explicitly describe games like Crackdown 3 with no forgiveness.

And Playstation fanboys used to say that indies didn't matter last generation back when the Xbox 360 was by far the best console for indies before they completely changed their narrative this generation when the PS4 was released and Playstation became a better place for indies.

And at the beginning of this generation, Playstation fanboys used to love bragging about how they had a negligible advantage in hardware power which they quickly shutup about as soon as the Xbox One X was revealed and made it so that the PS4 was now weaker than Xbox. Now, they say that power no longer matters and the narrative has changed to being that only exclusives matter.

I could go on and on, but the moral of the story here is that all fanboys will flip flop and change their narrative to amplify whatever advantages their favorite console has at the present time and downplay whatever disadvantages their favorite company has at the present time. This isn't just something that Xbox fanboys have done, Playstation fanboys have done plenty of flip flopping and narrative changes as well.

Yes, I clearly remember when EVERYONE in SW was bashing on ps4 for being an indie box. Then EVERYONE flip flopped. Definitely happened.

Crapgamer and his ilk helped destroy the Xbox brand. These are the guys Xbox social media used to champion, until things started going bad, then they wrung them out to dry... and they still touched toes for MS. Ridiculous.
