Sorry, I just honestly don't see 3rd parties licking Nintendo's ass because of teh Powar!!

All I see next gen is MS and Sony battling each other for the core gamers. WiiU simply stands by itself for the other crowd. What type of crowd? Who the phukc knows?

I'm expecting it to be only a tiny bit more powerful than the 360. Nintendo fans have to get used to it, this is how Nintendo does things now. You're going to have a gen of games that have graphics most are already bored with, deal with it.

People say they couldn't make it weaker than a 360, I don't know, don't underestimate Nintendo, they made the Wii weaker than an Xbox (graphically) somehow.

Wii U is going to fight next gen machines, not Ps3 or Xbox360. I don't know if will be more powerful than PS4 and xbox"720" cose its specs are not public but i doubt it a lot.

About motion controlers, I've Wii, Ps3 move and xbox Kinect; I like neither. Wii U "screen pad" is a nosense for me, i like play looking Tv not my knees (but I'll probably buy it at the end, lol)

What if that ends up being the case? You have got to love all this reception towards the WiiU's power.

Nintendo pretty much fed us at the beggining of the gen how hardware power from last generation was all that was needed for the rest of eternity. The classic gameplay above all was used by gamers--Nintendo fans mostly--more than any generation before it. Untill of course some experiences arrive and show us that sometimes hardware can be a very important component of gameplay.

What I'm saying is, I hope you're right. What I'm also saying, is, that according to a lot of people if the WiiU ends up being another 2 gamecubes strapped together, again, it shouldn't be much of a problem, right? Why the furor about it then?

I have to agree with 22Toothpicks.

In fact, I wouldn't mind if they had the balls to do that all over again. The CelShaded style of Wind Waker huddled with the graphical power of next generation would be awesome. Or, better yet, surprise us with something else.

It's going to be the most powerful console when it releases later this year,however that title will only last about a year or so until microsoft and sony release there next gen system which no doubt are going to be many times more powerful than the wii u. Graphics aren't everything of course but i mean i would be lying if i said i wouldn't like a nice graphical boost in games as things are looking the same and nothing is really standing out from a technical point of view any more because of the aging hardware of the 360 and ps3blacktorn
