I'm just saying look at VGchartz:

http://www.vgchartz.com/aweekly.php?date=39341

By just 5000....that's pretty damn close. And eternal Sonata came out this week. so did Juiced 2 and Blazing Angels 2. Bioshock barely moved from last week ( I predicted a million before end of october)

So I'm saying it'll be real close come the end of this week or the 360 will go over. It's a def next week with Halo 3.

Yeah, I just returned (w/ my Best Buy warranty) my Premium for an Elite straight up.......so there's 1 unit

But honestly, yeah, 360 will sell probably like 350,000+ this month.

There is a good chance but the 360 might do really well around October right before X-mas, when all the moms buy their kids 360's for Halo 3. MSFT was really smart in releasing Halo 3 way before the Holiday Season. (2 different buying seasons)

And the Wii domination will pick right back up for the next 3 years until they rehash another overhyped game...unless ofcourse Halo Wars is a system seller for anyone who didn't buy it for Halo 3

You would think that everyone wanting to play Halo 3 would have bought a 360 by now so I'm not too sure Halo 3 will drive the 360 sales too much.

You clearly weren't around when Halo 2 was released on the Xbox.

I doubt most moms will buy it for their kids since the game is rated M.

You'd be very surprised at the amount of parents that buy their kids M rated games. Afterall, it's their judge of character as to whether or not the child can handle it.

I believe it will. The 360 is gonna sell and sell and sell this week and the next few weeks. It'll be interesting to say the least.

You've never played Halo 2 online... 60% of the players are under 18

People typically don't pull numbers out of nowhere passing them off as fact though. Any links? No census of the players that i know of has been done.

60%? More like 95% now. All the older players finally just got fed up with it and stopped playing it.

That's why Halo 3's launch week will be glorious. Not many young'uns will own it yet. Halo 2's first few days were a bliss of online gaming. No cheating, no young annoying bastages, it was great. I hope Halo 3 will deliver some great gaming for a few weeks.

Of course it isn't exact, I was trying to make a joke on Halo 2 online community sometime, guess some people take things too serious!

Halo 2 managed to pull off a worse community than Counter-Strike... A feat I thought to be impossible.

I can't see facial expressions...sarcasm and jokes don't work in a forum. :)

My friend just bought a xbox 360 4 halo 3 and another friend is buying it this weekend. Halo 3 will move that much units. It is a killer app like no others this year. SSBB has a good chance to come close.
