Sure you can say LBP, RFoM2 and a couple others but it is nothing close to what the 360 has lined up. The 360 has far more games comming out this year. That is why so many cows have to talk about games over a year away.

Don't you mean "Apparently Ms is getting another free pass here on SW", as last time I checked, they didnt show ANY new games, only 4 games that we already KNEW were coming out, and that we could see be played after the conference.

Last time I checked, E3 should be about new games during the conference, not games that we can see every media team cover after the conference.

But, let's remind you what sony did: MAG, InFamous, GOW 3, DC universe, R&C, and many psp/ps2 titles.

I didn't know about Wii Sports Resort with the new enhancement. That looked cool. I didn't know what the AC microphone would look like (Actually, was that shown there?). I didn't know Wii Music would be so lame. They had a good showing 'for investors'. not the hardcore. I wanted Punch Out announced, Zelda, or even Icarus.

Paitence is a virtue my friend, and with Sony you get accustomed to waiting :P Anyway the LBP, Resistance 2 and Motorstorm and Socom all have release dates for this year. And hey I don't mind waiting for games if it means it means the devs can make sure they've made the game to the best of their abilities :)

Sony has not earned a free pass. At least MS listens to its user base and brings new changes to the table that are asked for, with each update. Listening to user input is a virtue that most comapnies do not maintain, ie: sony.

Yet when the whole RRoD crap came to light everyone kept saying it was blown out of proportion and all this nonsense. Everyone kept saying it is a small thing, you have no proof...but MS would not release numbers. I was not here for the DRE but I would guess Sony was torn apart. Since I have been here the only company consistently getting torched is Sony.

There is no such thing as unanimous definition for "Hardcore games" but there is a common perception of what could fit in as one.Nintendo for example, is being bashed, because even their fans agree that those games simply aren't meant for core gamers.

So what I am getting out of your post is, you'd rather see at conferences, gameplay footage of 4 games(only 2 of which are exclusive) that are shown after the conference to many media outlets, instead of using the conference to get people excited about new games? Isn't this the exact same reason MS's conference last year was ravaged at, yet somehow gets a free pass this year?

Obviously you have a comprehension problem. Microsoft shows games it will deliver.

Sony shows a bunch of CGI crap movies and you cows are content to give Sony another few years to actually deliver something.

When Halo3 Gears of War 1 and 2 Forza 2 on and on and on the list goes. Those games shiped within 18 months. Thats a year and a half after they were shown.

Also being blind as to not recognize Banjo or Viva Pinata as more games that are exclusive. Thats 4 games shiping this year. Not next year, not 4 years, LOL not next decade as Sony will have you waitting for MAG...and anything else it spits out of its mouth.

I enjoy playing games.. Not waiting 4 years!!! You keep on waiting, I am sure the XBOX 720 will be out and Halo 4 and 5 by the time Mag ships!!

MS fanboys should be accused just as much for hyping Fable 2 like it's the second coming, especially when it's the sequel to a game that flopped massively for what was supposed to be "the best rpg of ALL time".

Fable one may have scored well enough but anyonne who actually played it knows that the game was nothing but an average WRPG that failed to meet any promises. Gears was in my opinion average and nothing special but it scored and sold well so good for those who enjoy it, Gears 2 will be more of the same.

Little Big Planet will be of high calibur and Resistance scored 8.6 while a flop here scored great for a launch title. I never payed much attention to motorstorm so...

Also, don't lump me in with cows I get to experience everything that I deem worth my time of any system. Lemmings just think there games are more then they are.
