What incentive is there for EA to change their policies when an individual arbitration case will cost them peanuts and it's not public?
And it seems unlikely the legal costs for the plaintiff would be less than the value of their EA games. Is there a point?

The clause doesn't add the option of entering arbitration, it removes the option of filing a lawsuit. How is that a better solution for us?

This is just what Sony basically did, yep no matter how you want to spin it these compaines screw you over no matter what.
