[QUOTE="way2funny"][QUOTE="MBirdy88"] Congratulations, you have discovered a long winded method of achieving insigifigant custimization and minimal gains at the cost of consistency and the one thing that actually matters, software support. your so smart, please show us lowly windows users the way ... with your amazing..... ..... oh linux.... as a personal computer, what are you even for.MBirdy88
Linux is actually really cool. Its pretty portable, can beused for plenty of things, and is excellent platform for developers. I do most of my productivity and development in linux. However I keep windows for games.
No doubt, but out of the big 3 operating systems windows is the middle line and most balanced. What is currently the the top few versions of linux to use? I havnt kept up with it in years...Ubuntu is good, and Mint is a wrapper for Ubuntu that makes the transition for newer users easier.
Also, for whoever said wine to play games, as much as I love linux. and if you know 'a little programming' you would know thats a HORRIBLE idea mainly if your playing a game that pushes the capabilities of your computer
