[QUOTE="heretrix"][QUOTE="Andrew_Xavier"][QUOTE="girlpowerz"] Yes, because Hot Shots Golf is the *only* game for the PS3.
Go play your generic shooters.

Hey hey now, what's wrong with hot shots golf 5? It's a fantastic game. Shame it gets hated on by people who have never touched it.
It's a great golf game marred by production values from 2001. I love Hot Shots Golf, but it's the same game I've been playing since pretty much the first one, with the addition of an online mode that could have been done on the PS2.lol, same game? Yes, it's marred by the same premises of the game that is called golf. What are you expecting? Your opponent could shoot your ball out of the air before landing on the fairway? It's still a "simulation" of the real game called golf. Now with online, advance shot controls, and a nice graphical update what were you actually looking for them to change from previous installments?
How about the characters saying more than 3 phrases? You'd figure that with all of the space that Blu-ray affords, your characters would have a little more.....CHARACTER?I just love how the obvious tends to get past some people. I wasn't commenting on the actual golf sim, especially since I said it was a great game...:|
What I am talking about is Hot Shots Golf on the PS3 is practically the exact same game that is on the PS2, hell even the PSP.
Don't take my word for it GO PLAY THE GAMES. You will see there is very little difference from the PS2 version of Hot Shots released in 2002 and this new PS3 version. I am a big fan of the Hot Shots Golf games and I love this one, but I am severely disappointed that they did not push it to the next level aside from a slight graphical upgrade. And once again it's another PS3 online game with no voicechat.
