Batman: AA is a buy but I'm not sure If i'll be able to get it anytime soon. I don't really care for the other two games you mentioned so I guess they're "rents."
Only FM3 is a buy. I don't really rent so the others I might buy at a reduced price down the line. But for the purpose of this thread I will call them rentals
forza 3 is a definite buy. as for the other two i'd wait to see how long they will last/have any replayability before deciding. i'll be buying them all, because i never rent.
