I'm purely Nintendo. I've never owned another type of system. Any other pures out there?

Nope, I've liked them all. I might be a little more Sony and PC oriented (since I enjoyed PC games since I was a kid and got both the PS2 and PS3), but I'm pretty much manticore right now, and since my first system was an N64 and I loved the NES at a buddy's house, I do have a soft spot for Nintendo.
This probably gives me a bias against Microsoft since I don't have a particular soft spot for them, but I enjoy Halo and Gears even if not a lot of their other games catch my interest.
NO.
I follow overall value in a system and where the games are. For this generation, I did my research and PS3 just happens to fullfill in both criterias.
Last gen, XBOX was my prime console because it had the games that interested me, and the HDD made difference for convenience. No memory cards.
GC was my secondary and PS2 was my third.
the minute PSN becomes a paid service is the minute I convert to Microsoft.
for now I am a fan of Sony.
I'm a Mutt, cause I play on all Systems. (except PSP, I never get around to play anything on that device...and an iPhone because I don't have one.)
wow .... you don't have an iphone ?I'm a Mutt, cause I play on all Systems. (except PSP, I never get around to play anything on that device...and an iPhone because I don't have one.)

Well its not like its a poll, so you can just say it like I did.
Personally, I think in percentages, I prefer
35% Sony (based on their games, all my buddies and the time I've spent on PS3 this generation), 30% PC, 15% Nintendo (probably would be worse, but I enjoyed some of the exclusives and loved my N64 in the day), and 20% Xbox 360, maybe.
I am a bit biased towards PC and PS3 I think, but not out of loyalty as much as the time I've spent enjoying their games over others.
I've always owned atleast two consoles after the 3rd Gen because the 3rd Gen I only had an NES.
4th Gen (It was SNES and Genesis)
5th Gen (It was PS1 and N64)
6th Gen (It was Dreamcast, PS2, and GCN)
7th Gen (It is Wii and PS3)
But I also had a 360 this gen.
I also game on PC and Handhelds.
I switch frequently. I think Nintendo ruled with its 64. Microsoft ruled with the original Xbox. Sony rules with Playstation 3.
I enjoy pretty much everything any console has to offer.
But this gen I was Nintendo and Xbox man, because I couldn't afford a PS3 for the longest time. I also mostly game on PC these days as well, Steam has seen to that.
Overall, I'm a diehard Nintendo fan and a lifelong PC gamer. Those are the two platforms I've gamed on longest, and are my favorite. 360 is a DVD player and for games that don't come out on PC.
Purely? No I could easily just buy a 360 or something else if I felt like the PS3 wasnt doing enough. BUT the PS3 is doing too much for me right now. Yes I support and prefer SONY/Playstation over others, but if I was getting screwed by SONY then I'll just move on.Nengo_Flow
Took the words right out of my mouth. That's not a knock on the 360, I think its a great console, but the PS3 is really all I need (so far at least).

Nope.
I don't.
I always buy all systems, even Nintendo ones
There is always at least one good game, like Demons Souls on PS3 and Zelda SS on Nintendo
360 is where 99% of my gaming goes though, since it gets 99% of the games i like best
I'm a fan of whichever one provides me with a better experience for that generation, and in this case that's Sony. If in any case Sony decides to stop adding exclusives to the PS3 and focuses on PS Move while Microsoft starts focusing more on the non-kinect gaming experience (like they were at the start of this gen) then I'd get an Xbox 360.

Little off-topic but I think Iphones are just terrible.:| Hardware is good, but just a terribe thing for young kids. Games suck too.
It's a VERY bad idea to stick to just one platform, especially with the Wii.
PC usually gets a lot of fun indie games and superior multiplats, but it's main weaknesses are the lack of Japanese games, 2d fighting games, and titles developed by Rockstar North since the current generation (Unless you count the godawful GTA4 port done by Rockstar Toronto).
PS3/360 is the popular platform to develop games for, though some games are developed with the PC as the lead platform. Additionally, I don't think it's likely these platforms will have game discounts on the same scale as the Steam Store.
And quite frankly, the only reason to get a Wii is for games developed by Nintendo.
I bought a Wii last Christmas, mostly for the wife, and unplugged it recently due to inactivity. I've probably spent more money on the vampire electricity drain leaving that thing plugged in over the last year than I've spent on software. I just can't use the wii-mote for longer than 30 minutes before it starts driving my wrists crazy. I think I'm getting carpal-tunnel in my right hand from using a mouse so much at work (systems analyst / programmer). It's a VERY bad idea to stick to just one platform, especially with the Wii.
