I have always been a sony supported, since i was 7 with my first ps1. But i had it with it, the company does not listen to us anymore, it loses exclusives, it takes too long to catch up in terms of features.

I happily took 1000$ bucks of my wallet to pay for the ps3 when it first came out ( 60GB) because i knew it was worth it, now not so much.

Next gen i m getting the cheapest console+my gaming pc

Screw sony and their promises!

Changing sides =/= buying a new console. Im a cow, but I will one day end up with a 360. Il still be a cow. That wont change. I was a cow last gen, but I enjoyed my gamecube more than my PS2 lol.

Its okay to be a Fanboy.

Fanboy = You like a certain console over the other ones

Fanboy =/= You are not allowed to like/enjoy any other platforms

Next Gen I'll go for a Microsoft or Sony console and depending on how far into the future the next gen systems are released, I may get the next Nintendo console on the side as I may be able to afford two consoles.

I will always be a PC owner. With regard to consoles, I will wait until I here reviews and then weigh the pro's and cons of each, which is exactly what I did this gen.

Whoa buddy. What happened? $1,000 bucks? I mean what are you getting on the 360 that the PS3 won't get now? Aside from online preference the PS3 is the way to go. If you use a gaming PC I can kinda see why. I just wouldent give up on them just yet. Atleast their not making a plastic toy and selling bowling games on it.

I will probably stay with Sony and drop Nintendo. Nintendo does not listen and just keeps producing mini-games. What the heck! (What to say something else but... you know mods) I can`t keep playing tennis untill the next gen.

I would do that but I'm sure Nintendo will be sticking with there family friendly image and I don't think I can take that as a main console for another Gen. Perfect for a secondary console though.

I will buy an Xbox first. I will wait a little longer than I did last time to buy Sony's console , and I will scrap Nintendo completely. I'm done with them. I jumped on board PS3 after MGS4, and I kind of lost steam and got bored with the system after that. I guess I started with the highest of highs in MGS4, and nothing else really compared. I still pick it up and play when games come out, but it's not really my go-to console.

In the first two years of ownership, SquareTrade found that 2.7 percent of Wii owners reported a system failure, compared with 23.7 percent of Xbox 360 owners and 10 percent of PS3 owners.

thats taking about the first 2 years not the whole 4 years X360's been out.

this also does not count the buyers which did not use the warranty and just bought a new X360.

its two years of ownership of the console, which makes the numbers not the most accurate, but not as inaccurate as that GI poll and you have to pay $45 for their warranty, why the hell would someone just buy a new one when they can get the console repaired regardless of fault for free?

look if this is a record from 2 years that means those are from two years of warranty = 23.7%

if you add another 2 years= those numbers most likely double or triple from all the warranties of X360s given back because it broke during 2008 and 2009 which should leave the number at around 40%- 50%.

this is not even counting all the buyers who just purchased a new system..

I'm perfectly happy with my PS3. There's not enough on the other consoles to get me to switch
