Either one of two scenarios plays out:

1.) PS3 has one more price drop before Killzone 2 drops, and I buy it.

2.) I wait for the PS3 slim.

Till it actually gets some games.. no sense in rushing out to buy the Flopstation 3.

I'm not.

I'm just going to upgrade my PC.

The PS3 is too risky of an investment.

We just sold ours. Its all down to game preference for me. People always say that they are looking forward to MGS4 and FFXXXXXXII (or whatever number they are on), GT8 etc.

MGS4: not interested in game that is so juvenile it has lads mags in it. Pathetic IMO.

FFXXX: just not my cup of tea (I know people love these games, cool, I just find them boring, I'm sure they are great though)

GTHD: having played 1,2,3 I was absolutely saturated by the time I got to GT4. It was an amazing game but I felt like I had been there before, well3 time already.

What else is there again? oh yeah killzone 2? I've halfway through crysis on an 8800GT so unless KZ2 has great gameplay (so far it looks quite generic) then I'm not all that interested.

Resistance 2 is pretty much the same story.

WipeoutHD: This is the exception, I would really like this game to be great. I guess I can always play on a friends (not worth the £400).

Unless something truely original comes out, I can't see me (or my house) getting another PS3... We just didn't use it.

Nope, I'll pick one up in '09 just in time for FFXIII.

From what I've seen so far this gen, it'll be $200 by then :|

Oh, and I couldn't care less about MGS4, so that is no reason for me to get it. White Knight Story and FFXIII look promising though (since I heard FFXIII drops the gambit system, hopefully that is true).

Resistance 2 is pretty much the same story.

I highly doubt that .... i dont know the charts but i dont think C&C TS was a grand seller for the 360 like it should of been heck even LOTR BFME sold more and Bully Plllzzzz Condemend killed that in sells u need to get your facts straight HS and Warhawk will do just fine

no, i have a 60 gig

I might once FFxIII is released in NA, the Dual shock 3 is included in the system, there is another pricedrop on the 80gb b/c model. So it looks like 2009 will be my ps3 year.

But then again MS will likely be hyping the next 360 so Ill probably wait and get new hardware instead of buying a old ps3 in 2009.

Man Sony really fumbled this gen. If they had their sh*t together from the start they would of done alot better.
