Are you happy or mad that Battlefield 3 is going multiplatform?

Why can't Battlefield 3 be the same? I challenge people to point out what's so bad about bad company 2 on consoles. That game's fun as hell.

tbh i pumped around 400h into BF2,1942 and Vietnam and tbh i think i have had more fun in BC2 ;S just saying not everyone thinks the same as you and yes last gen i was a hardcore PC gamer i bought over 40-50 games last gen for my PC and only round 20 for my PS2 and 15ish for my xbox.But still this gen i have found BC2 more fun for a few reasons that in some areas its advaanced.

It'll be nice that I'll have a chance to play it, but I'm not anticipating much after playing BC2 and the MoH beta. I am beginning to think that DICE is highly overrated. Either that, or EA is holding them back from meeting their potential.

Well, DICE is held to the standards they are because of the Battlefield series on the PC. Not their games on consoles.

I suppose its good for the console fanboys to be able to enjoy this game if they cant afford a high-end PC. The PC version will obviously still be the best.

Well, DICE is held to the standards they are because of the Battlefield series on the PC. Not their games on consoles.

Their standards are their worst, not their best. They can then exceed their standard, but there's no reason to assume they will. BF 1943, BC2, and MoH beta are either poor games (MoH) or perform awfully online (BFs). The fact that plenty of console games (especially with dedicated servers) perform far better than BC2 makes the lack of better performance a mark against DICE, not consoles.

It may just be EA, rather than DICE themselves, holding the games back, but DICE are the ones who balanced the games ( or completely threw balance out the window in the case of BC2) so that's all them.

Totaly not -,- the game will feel like a console game if you play it on pc...

It will change but on the other side its fun to play with friends on my xbox360 xD.

As a console only owner and fan of the series im obviously happy. Still i understand how annoying can it be for PC owners since the game wont take full advantage of it.
