I'm not. It will be a MW2 clone, most likely. Other than that, I hate how greedy Activision is getting. Zombie maps exclusive the the two special editions? Possible subscription? I'm not rewarding Activisions greed, and will not buy this. Possibly used (slim chance), anything to not support them.

it won't have subscriptions. and yes, i am looking forward to it. people may bash CoD, but one thing that nobody can say is that they aren't fun to play. it's just when people exploit/glitch/hack in multiplayer that makes MW2 such a joke. i doubt BO will have these issues.

Well hopefully Treyarch realizes the success they had from WAW came from the crazy multiplayer modes like nazi zombies and they will take more risks in that department. Make the game a bit more off the wall etc. than modern warfare. And hopefully they dont ruin the standard multiplayer though by going completely out of control with Killstreaks and perks etc like IW did. If its balanced and fun I will buy it.

I will never be hyped for a call of duty game unless they get a new engine, better graphics and change the gameplay...its been the same game since cod 2

Back on topic, saw the mutliplayer video and thought the RCcar bomb was funny.

I was hyped for Modern Warfare 2 because of the first game.

I'm not hyped, looks like another first person shooter, nothing special about it.

I'm not getting it, most likely...if I do it will be used, far from now.

Two reasons :

1. I don't like Treyarch's COD games (I own all of them, and they are "the other COD team")
2. I am boycotting Activision (Which means I don't buy their games, or if I do, it will be used.)

I am most definitely hyped for Black Ops. Will it be a clone of MW2? Maybe. That's fine with me, as I'm very excited about the storyline of Black Ops (the Cold War makes for good storytelling), as well as the gameplay and locales.

Is Activision greedy? No. They're a business-- businesses make money! Why should we boycott Activision just because they're trying to successfully run a business? The only reason not to buy from Activision is if you're some anti-capitalist activist.

The only good level in that whole campaign was the one where u were sneaking around as a sniper.

Otherwise i can think of countless others that were better.

I been playing games since NES...and many of them been shooters.

Every second of CoD singleplayer is intense and fun while many other shooters you get bored.

Yes, but not 100%. After seeing the news about the zombies.

I still have my bit of hype. You see Black Ops will be tons better than MW2. It actually might take skill to be good at it, and takes more bullets to kill a player online. Although I hopw they keep on improving and fix whatever is broken. They do that, I'm sold.

Its like a revamp of Call of Duty 4. I'm up for that.

nope, not one bit, just like world at war really, i may pick world at war up if i can find it for a cheap enough price, will probably do the same with black ops, pick it up a couple years after it launches
