Assassin's creed IV xbox ONE version shown

I can not notice any frame drops at that footage at :40 may be from the PC version.

There were definitely some frame drops in that portion of the vid. And funny how they showed a part where they didn't have to render much.

This is the PC version with a 360 controller plugged in. At the :40 sec mark, there is old 360 pad button icons (the start button), which isn't featured on an Xbone controller.
