A 680 is NOT twice as powerful as a 660.
Never said it was... I just meant that the consoles level is between the 7790-7850 in terms of GPU power and the Nvidia equivalent is between the 650 Ti - 660 since the GPU's in the consoles don't exist on PC and on paper are twice as slow as a GTX 680 and HD 7970 that is the Minimum recommendation for this game.
