Thanks for sollidifying my point.
How does it do that?
This game looks very AA. I appologize if you were hyping this game AA, but I've seen lots of AAA hype on this and it looks way to borring and broken for AAA. BTW, by broken, I'm not talking about the glitches.

Then what do you mean broken. This is a potential AAA game.
You're very vague. Care to explain exactly what you mean? This game looks very AA. I appologize if you were hyping this game AA, but I've seen lots of AAA hype on this and it looks way to borring and broken for AAA. BTW, by broken, I'm not talking about the glitches.

It's combat is very cinematic,VERY little game. The guys walk around in circles nad charge at you 1 on 1. if you press 1 or 2 buttons as they're running at you, you watch a cinematic of you stabbing the guy. The guy wasn't blocking, that guy wasn't stabbing or swining, he was just activating a cinematic every couple of seconds to kill whoever was in front of him. Basically imagine ninja gaiden, now take out every normal attack you have and force yoruself to use pure special attacks. that's waht this is.
But enough aobut the combat, the whole reaching the palace dealy feels very scripted and linear. You have the points where guards have their back turned, you have spesific buildings to climb, all that stuff. If this is going for a midevil hitman feel, it should have kept the hitman nonlinear ness of it.
Finally, crowds do NOT act like that. It seems like every person you colide with grabs onto you and basically tries to slow you down. No, if I'm running through a crowd of epople, I'll run through that crowd of people.

For your first point, I agree that there are many cinematic in the combat and that the enemies do attack you one at a time, but not always. However, I don't think it takes much away from the enjoyment of the gameplay. The gameplay still involves timing. You are mostly in defensive pose but, although not advisable, you could attack at anytime you want. The player has to time his attacks and counters very proper. As for his combat moves, the player decides which ones Altair should initiate, and many, if not most of them, involve combos. That means that during those cinematic that you mentioned, the player still has control over how it finishes. If the player doesn't execute the combos properly, the enemies will break out of that cinematic combo.Furthermore, its too early to know just how smart anddifficult the enemies could be. Quite frankly, I think the cinematic adds a strong realistic element to the game, while make the game fun at the same time.
For your second point, the developers themselves said you could approach the game in more than one way. In the video I showed, Altair (the player) fell for a trap laid out by the enemy. I could bet that there are more than on e way to reach his hideout, one of which includes taking out the guards. In order to get to your well-hidden enemy, you have to enter that building yourself. You can't wait for him to come out because he won't come out. And you can't call an air strike either. Furthermore, I don't think it is a necessity to climb the same buildings; it's just convenience.
For your third point, I don't where you getting it from. I hardly see anyone trying to grab you. When there is chaos in a crowd, people bump into each other, just like in Assassins Creed.
