I liked AstroBot far more than Little Big Planet. This game is charming in ways i can't explain.
@gifford38: Correction, if it has a Sony logo on it cows shill it. Now that's the truth.
no I loved astro on my psvr1. then the launch astrobot. now this game. its easy fun game to get into when you want to relax. I also love games with a lot of colors. why I loved hfw2. the colors pop in these games.
If its a $40-50 game, and isn't short, i might actually buy it. I didn't play the dualsense demo of astrobot, but looking at the trailer, this looks like a very high quality platformer, that is most likely better than all 3D mario games since SMG2🤷♂️
Where are those sheep telling me that Mario doesn't needs photorealistic visuals implaying that more processing power ads nothing to Nintendo exclusives? Such foolishness. Such naivety.
@gifford38: Sales for kids games on PS5 aren't that great. 2.7 million only for R&C sorta proves my point. If it's got a Sony logo on it then it's worth a couple of million in sales for that alone.
While you might like them cows in general don't.
ratchet and clank did great for console you could not get at the time and its up to 3.71 million now.
ratchet and clank ps4 sold 6 million in its life time.
the series sold 40 million total so far. reason it keeps getting a new game.
Looks way to kiddie for cows.
Even more kiddie than Ratchet and that game struggled sales wise.
3.71 million is good for that type of game that came out when you could not get a console.
6 million ratchet and clank ps4.
40 millions total series reason why it keeps getting a new game.

$60! nicely priced.
Honestly probably the best game I've seen announced from Sony 1st party in a long time.
Reminds me of the ps2 days, when I liked playstation
You’re not supposed to say nice things about Sony games??
Looks very impressive. I have not been impressed by the presence of a Sony game in a long time.
Sony, keep making gamey-games. Enough with these crappy melodramatic cinematic experiences at the expense of good game design.
I prefer a mix of experiences. I think what went wrong with Sony last few years is they focused way too much on the third person story driven games
There's a Damn Good Reason to Buy Astro Bot Physically on PS5 https://t.co/mNTBIsoZVn#Sony#PS5#AstroBot

That's what Playstation's critics have been saying this whole time.
Bring Playstation brand back to the PS2's era of diversity.

awesome!
What's the reason? The lower price tag...?

The fun of physical in the 90s and early 00s was always the extras you got inside the case, and Team ASOBI has decided to rekindle that spirit, by stuffing an awesome double-sided poster inside every retail copy of its adorable PS5 adventure. You can see some sample artwork below; one image is a kind of Where’s Waldo isometric look at the inside of the PS5, the other is a comic strip.
Aw yea
I played Astro Bot and Lego Horizon Adventures on Sunday in Los Angeles. Both are delightful, but Astro Bot in particular feels primed to be a big hit — it feels like a 3D Mario game, full of secrets and unique mechanics. https://t.co/ZsVoirAkqx

@R4gn4r0k: Agreed. Games like Jak & Daxter, Sly Cooper, Puppeteer, and Tearaway were great. More Jumping Flash would be nice too.

▪️"Primed to be a big hit", "feels like a 3D Mario game"
▪️"Tight, responsive experience", Astro still has his trusty jump, attack, charged spin attack, and versatile laser-hover ability
▪️Difficulty Modes: Easy, Normal, Hard (hard… pic.twitter.com/MKFdiFKVvP
@R4gn4r0k: @girlusocrazy: I’m definitely amazed by all of the positive reception it’s getting.
ASTRO BOT YALL. It's SO good. Like, they're going for Nintendo's money good.

I fell absolutely in love during my hands-on at SGF. It felt like when I played Spyro for the very first time in terms of awe, wonder, and heeey LOTS of colors (!!!). It prob controls the best out of… pic.twitter.com/zTHDBb76YG
@SolidGame_basic: I'm honestly not surprised having played the others, but I'm avoiding that stuff so I can go in fresh.

Giant Bomb compared Astro game to Super Mario Galaxy,. That tells a lot
@SolidGame_basic: I'm totally hyped for Astro Bot and Horizon Lego looks meh at beat, but that's because I'm just tired of playing Lego games. Astro Bot looks to be the best PS5 exclusives I'm excited for since Stellar Blade.
What do you think, Day 1? I already preordered lol

It looks fun and creative, I remember when Sony was about that, durring ps2 days. And I enjoy platformers. All game, not movie game. Cows should support this game.
