Great game, the best platformer not named Mario. Not my 2024 GotY but great game nonetheless.

Hmm only watched like a couple of hours of gameplay for Astrobot, It's definately not a bad game it's definately enough for a companion piece for when your waiting for bigger releases.

It was a good game.

Agree fantastic game. A breath of fresh air for sure.

I still need to complete it.....but damn some of the bonus levels are hard and they slow me down

Hell yeah, I agree with the best platformer not named Mario narrative. I got the platinum for it, and I don't even usually care about that. Now we just need Super Mario Maker 3 and Astrobot 2.

Great game. Deserves a lot of praise.

Platformers should honestly stop getting shafted by the "story matters more" minority.

I haven't played it, and I am not desperate at all to buy a PS5 to play it. But maybe if I buy a PS6 one day.

@sakaixx: Sure, I agree with that as well. I found the game better than Mario 2 (doki doki panic... yes everybody knows), Super Mario World 2, 64, Sunshine, Odyssey, Wonder, and I'm sure there might be a couple others not right at the tip of my mind right now I'd add to that list.

I was more talking about overall. That could change if Astro Bot winds up with 100 sequels too though... lol.

Well deserved

While the game doesn't have much depth, the level designs and platforming really make it a fun game. The overall homage to PS is enjoyable.

I'm tempted to buy it, but it's more expensive than Switch 2 games here on the Australian Playstation store.

I'll save some money and get Donkey Kong instead. Astro Bot will plummet in price one day.
