I don't understand why people (ok mainly the MW fanboys), keep saying that you're going to buy it anyways. I'm sorry, but that's not logical to me at all. If someone seriously doesn't like the series anymore or the gameplay, why would they suddenly just want to buy it? There's a difference between those who think this one will suck in comparison and those who really don't like the series.

Maybe those who have gotten the other games in the series will get this one just because their friends are getting it. That makes sense. It just seems like a stupid thing to suggest that EVERYONE who is saying the game will be bad will buy it.

And then going on to say that it will sell the most because even the people who don't like it will buy it? What kind of reasoning is that?

It doesn't take a brain scientist to know that this one of the most popular shooters ever amongst casual gamers and some "hardcore gamers". It receives more hype than any game (thus it's very popular), it's addictive to people because of the perks, etc and there's a enough quality put into them to keep people coming back for more. Since a lot of these gamers are casual gamers, they don't bother even looking at other shooters because CoD leaves them satsfied. Therefore, OF COURSE it's going to continue to sell the most out of any games.

Are you going to tell me that Angry Birds is the best iphone game because it's the most downloaded? Plants vs Zombies destroys that game on so many levels it's not even funny and it sells less than Angry Birds..
