At what point would you get a PS3, this year?

ok say you are interested in getting a PS3 this year.  RFOM seems like a purchase, Motorstorm a rental.  I would purchase Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Heavenly Sword.  We don't know if the PS3 will drop in price, but we do know they are taking the Emotion Chip out, so BC will be up to emulation.

Would you get a PS3 now with the Emotion Chip and Play RFOM and Motorstorm or would you wait until NGS and Heavenly Sword and leave b/c up to emulation software, something Sony is not experienced at?

I would wait until FFXIII is confirmed PS3 only. I would also wait for HD-DVD to be completely beaten, and ALL movie studios move to Blu-Ray. I would also wait for a price drop.

Come to think of it, I"d have to wait a while before getting a PS3. I'm no hater, I'm just educated.

id probably wait until next year, i want to see how the ps3 matches up to 360 after both consoles have each had a year on the market.

Absolutely by October or November.

Tons of games and Playstation Home beta = must buy.
