Why nawt? I doubt this is the absolute best the Wii can do. Even if itonly looks slightly worse. It'd be a big improvement. :3

No excuses for PS2 quality graphics when we can have something like Galaxy. Game looks amazing.
you shouldnt say that with a no more heroes sig ;)You got me there.
True that No More Heroes don't look very impressive on a technical level but it's art makes up for it atleast. So yeah it would've been great if it looked better but considering it's a sandbox kind of game, I think it looks fine.
I still maintain what I said in my previous post. Some of the stuff we've seen on Wii looks like early ps2 games and some even almost goes into Dreamcast territory which is just wrong.

but really, some Mario pics look like they could have come out of a 360/PS3
Maybe the worlds are just really bigThe textures are some of the best I've ever seen, especially on Captain Olimar's ship. While this game looks incredible, isn't only 6 worlds a little bit to small? I mean Mario 64 had what, 20 levels or something alog those lines?

Well if there are 120 stars that would 20 stars perwortld and so far every star seems to have it's own planet so that would be quite a bit of content in the game.:)

By the way, I'm not trying to bash the game.
I don't get that. Are you saying that SM64 was one world as a whole, with only 15 levels?Wasn't it all 1 world with portals to different areas?By the way, I'm not trying to bash the game.

Definately confirmed. This game looks amazing in images and even better in motion. So beautiful.I'd also like to say I have much rage towards GlitchSpot.

Well I guess you could call it that. Though I thought of the castle as a hub area, and the portals lead you to other "worlds".Worlds = levels, I think.

Don't quote me on that though.I could be wrong...
Man, I just don't understand how Nintendo can do this yet no one else can. Even though this game is amazing and looks amazing, you can bet SSBB will outsell this. Japanese_Monkwell nintendo is the type of company, where people expect the best from. nintendo cant get away with putting out unpolished games out like other companies.

- 6 worlds, 120 stars reconfirmed, multiple planets in each world
- Planets of water, ice, sand, and more
- Planet size varies wildly, as we have seen
- Bee Mario has the ability to use his stinger
- Boo Mario will be left alone by other boos
- The "butt stomp" has returned. You can see it about to happen in the second scan
- As we've seen, the multi-colored stars will gain you an extra man if you collect 100. They can also be used for special attacks other than shooting them.

I still remember the first time I laid eyes on Mario 64, when it was demo'ing at a Best Buy back in like 1996. I've never been more impressed and amazed with a game at first sight than it. I was seriously awe-struck. I was like 12, but still.Zeliard9Dude, I remember that day too! I was at a demo station in some Toy Store, and was also around 12 or 13. I remember seeing it and thinking about how it looked like you could get lost in it's 3D world and getting so excited I was about to piss my pants at the thought of that.

6 worlds with 20 stars per world that's a hell of alot of content per world so be happy not dissapointed.:)
