I checked out the video. I'm still not sure what it is exactly that I'll be doing in this game that will make me giggle like a school girl. If their is an aspect to the game that puts the gameplay into more focus then I'm just not seeing it and its certainly not being properly portrayed in this gameplay video. It seems all over the place. The vehicles don't seem to be used in any compelling or interesting ways. The gameplay seems boring most of it is just driving around large pieces of land doing what seems to be...well I'm not sure whats being done exactly. Anything that looks like racing feels slow and anything that looks like adventure looks dull. I've kept an open mind about this game but nothing is winning me over at this point.

Its like John McCain. The more I see the more I don't like it.

I think Super Mario Galaxy raised the bar too high in this genre. I'd be more than happy for reviewers and or more gameplay videos to prove me wrong. When I look at a game this is the question I ask myself, what is it this game wants me to do and does it look fun/unique/interesting? As of this moment BK:N&B gets a no on two of the three. (No,Yes,No)Lets see if that changes.

Depends on what you think fun is. LBP is more fun in an erector set sort of way. You can build stuff. But BK is more fun in platforming; however, the building of cars won't be too fun.

Careful now. Thats like saying gears sucks because all you do is duck and shoot. Lets not simplify LBP. The reviews are coming in and you don't want to look foolish. Plus platformers have some of the most variety of any genre.....not to mention if you read any of the LBP reviews they mention that you are't doing the same thing twice. The levels change it up quite a bit.

I have NEVER understood the hype for this game, has RARE made a good game this CENTURY??? I mean VP and Kameo....really....really?POJO_MOFO

I don't get why people hate on Rare. I think they are wasting their time with the 360 audience. An audience that can't seem to appreciate their games.

I watched the 1up preview and it didn't "grab me" like I thought it would.. The cast talked about playing with the options for hours and having some things just not work. Maybe it's because of the early build... either way I'm still not feeling LBP.. But to each his own..

Wow this looks bad, I don't understand how the executives aren't pulling the plug on this yet.

Com on now, the reason the game looks bad in this video is obviously because the player hasn't constructed a good vehicle for this challenge.

Kind of like how looking at a poorly made LBP level will make LBP look bad.

um what was the person doing. They didn't shoot any eggs anything. They just kept frunning into grunty. why I don't know. Didin't look like it was taking away health. Also when did Banjo change vehicles. this was a disappointing video, but I don't think they were seriously trying to beat grunty.too_much_eslim

IGN stated that even without the create mode, LBP would have still been a must-have game due to all the content that's already in the game.

Looking at a different platformer, Mario would have never gotten to where he is today without the basic run and jump skills... And looking at Mario Galaxy, he STILL has the same basic moves, yet people still love it.

idk I thought it looked like a lot of fun. Obviously the cars didn't even have weapons, so all they could do was run into each other, but still it looked fine.

they should have made a new Diddy kong racing game with the vechiles instead of this spin off.

Obviously this video is a flop because the person playing has no **** idea what to do, made a god awful vehicle and seems to be content on ramming into Grunty when it is obviously a **** race.

So yes, the game is awful when you have no idea how to play it.

Seeing as how you know so much about them I'd love to hear some tidbits before playing myself, something you've apparently done yourself to completion.

I trusted that RARE's vision for Perfect Dark Zero would be solid and that was a big mistake.
