Oh man do I hope so, I have already waited longer then I have wanted for info on the game. I want it now!

Why would that make people fear less, that means they'll have made it in like a year and a half, maybe 2, that's not very long for a game with such high hopes on it...bobbetybob

I spoke about this game once in one thread, and all I said was that rare aren't really on form anymore, this game could be great, but I hate when gamers start to get super excited over a game they know nothing about, it's been happening for all the generations, just because it's part of a franchise they like they automatically think it'll be amazing. Sure that's fine when the last one in that franchise came out a year or so before the other one, like the gap between GeOW and GeOW2, but when the last one in the series came out 8 years ago and the devlopment team hasn't had a very good track record since then, why get super excited. Sure hype it, say you think it could be great, but don't say, "omg game of the year for sure" when there is no information on it at all.

The fact there is no information is also dodgy, I never trust games that are supposed to be coming out in like 4 or 5 months and all they have is 2 or 3 screenshots and a trailer. How can you judge anything about that game, you can't it's all speculation.

really? because Viva Pinata sold well over a million. And no one knew anything about that game, except that it would have pinatas in it. Now why would Rare cancel the sequel to a couple of the greatest platforming games ever made?

Anyway I can't wait for it. Along with GTA4 one of the main reasons I got my 360.

both were very underrated too.

So was Mass Effect, so was MGS4, so was Haze, and so was Force Unleashed.

They all got pretty major delays. Nothing is for sure until it is pressed. Everyone keeps saying LBP for PS3 is going to be released 4th qtr for sure....but again anything can happen.

That's your opinion. People who own Wii, will probably get XBox 360's just to play this game. It was very popular on the N64. It'll sell over 1 million with no problems. It's not going get cancelled as the game is nearing completion.
