TC do you have an actual point with this? It sold marginally better. Not huge numbers beter, slightly better. Like more or less the same. Are these global sales? If so maybe it includes the Japanese sales for the PS3. Where the 360 would make none.
Just wondering why these sold more on the PS3 than 360. I mean, both these titles won lots of awards and Asylum being one of the top rated on metecritic. I thought that multiplats always sold better on 360.
Considering the gap between them closed with AC too 250k instead of 800k, doesn't seem like a big deal. I guess all the Dark Knight Blu Ray/DVD promotions tie in help it sell on the PS3, because Sony has the Batman movie rights (I think) so when they promote all the films, they promote watching and playing Batman on Sony hardware
Okay? Why do you care? I'm pretty sure they sold pretty close to eachother, and the game is single player so even if it didn't sell on 360 (not true of course, just a scenerio) it's not like it would affect you. Only reason I can think is that the first Batman game had Joker on the PS3 so that's the system people got the game on, so they got Arkham City on PS3 aswell. I don't think there is any esclusive content that I can think of (I have it on PS3)
In any event it doesn't matter, the game looks and plays identicle on both systems. There are plenty of 360 owners enjoying it just like us PS3 guys. Be happy that more people get to play an awesome game.
Look at you sad Xbox Fanboys, the only reason you're calling VGChartz a poor source is because the game sold more on PS3 if it was the other way around you would all be celebrating.

Or VGChartz is actually a bad source, on some titles they were off the mark by over a million copies.
