My thought is I can not wait for October
Batman AA was my game of the year and this one does not look to disappoint
Man that site gets killed by Noscript, can't get the vid running with about 15 different things trying to access me.
not much improved TBH,i expect 8.5/8. Not bad,but with sequels we expect more things, for now.Im def. buying, but really i wanted to see a BOSS showcase in B:AA and new changes in combat . From what i've seen, its more of the same with new gadgets
yeah the fact that it's practically an open world game that looks redonkulous and the first game was mostly indoors, you're right, it exactly like trhe first game. :|not much improved TBH,i expect 8.5/8. From what i've seen, its more of the same with new gadgetsRatchet_Fan8That's because what "you've seen" (and everybody else) is a 2 minutes trailer (which funnily enough doesn't show any new gadget).
Let's see, the environment has been expanded from a prison to an entire city, a few new gameplay mechanics have been revealed, new villains, etc. What else could you ask for? Gotham City was merely a view in Arkham Asylum, and now it's playable. That alone is a huge leap.not much improved TBH,i expect 8.5/8. true. i'm saving my Arkham-experience to this game. just played the demo of the previous, but i liked it. now that there's a whole Gotham to explore, i'm pretty excited.

Blast! :x
Look great. still a day one buy for me so far.
Also liked the music, sounded like a great fit for the speed and tone they were going for in the short trailer.
All i noticed aside from the obvious new scene and people, was that Batman can glide more agiley in the sky now.
still very excited. This is about as close to my dream game, of Batman in Gotham trying to stop the villains.
humming "this ain't no place for a no hero"

nooooooooo reaction..
looks great, but not PS3 exclusive-great graphics.
also, why are there no shadows? i know im nitpicking.
overall, im happy with the way the glid works, but why can he glide upwards? :x it's probably for gameplay design to making roaming around the map better, but still, with that gliding and the grapple gun reminds me of Spider-man. hehe.
also, i don't like the move where he jumps from a high altitude then pounces on the ground, knocking down all nearby enemies a la area effect. really?
The first one was a good game, not as impressive IMO specially because the lame boss battles, but yeah, it was great, hopefully this will be better.

the thing with batman his rouge gallery are mainly thinkers with a few that actually fight him. So thats why im gussing its sorta hard to make a good boss fight for him. If joker didint do what he did in the end the boss fight would have been 1 punch and the end or batman just beating the crap out of him for like 5 mins.

They can always get creative, the did it in the amazing Adventures of Batman and Robin for the SNES, sure maybe the Joker can be beaten with one punch (in some comics in others he is almost as skilled as batman) but i still think the boss battles were lame.
I'm pretty sure those scenes when he was gliding was gameplay.Nice trailer, but it actually has no gameplay on it.

Batman: AA was my favourite game of 09 (Yeah I realize Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls and Assassins Creed 2 came out that year, get offa me) and this looks like a worthy follow up :D
Same here. I'm a big comic book fan so it's nice to see that someone can get it right.I still play Arkham occasionally.IMO it's got the best brawler combat system I've ever seen.Batman: AA was my favourite game of 09 (Yeah I realize Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls and Assassins Creed 2 came out that year, get offa me) and this looks like a worthy follow up :D
