Batman is AAAA level.

Even though the game might only get 9.0-9.5 it is a very high caliber game it appears. I played an extended version of the demo. And the game is truly a masterpiece one of the best games this gen by far. WAY TO GO EIDOS!!!

The graphics are very very good. What is so good it the artwork and attention to detail. And the animations are SO FLUID some of the best fluid animations ever in a game.

I had Batman on my radar for months. But I did play a long demo version. and the game is a masterpeice. Thye first review of the game from the UK mag of 96% is every bit accurate. The game is an instant classic.

I don't think it'll receive AAAA status. Maybe "A" status, but definitely not AAAA. I played the demo, and the combat gets pretty repetitive. majadamus

Batman: AA looks great. But after looking at pictures and different gameplay videos, I am wondering how Eidos is going to overcome repetitiveness. I mean Batman has his hands + a few weapons and the environment is going to be inside the asylum the whole length of the game. How can game designers avoid getting the game too repetitive ? I am so anxious for this game, but I am still contemplating pre-ordering it only for that reason...mithrixx

There are out door arears in the game of AA. And also keep in mind there is a lot of stelth action to be had also. And you can statigicly figure out how you want to take down the enemy. It has way more options to play then just all out brawl. You can sneak and attack you can hide and avade and attack from up above and use weapons whatever. The game is faily deep in this regard.

If GS gives this a 9 i'll lose faith in professional journalism as a whole, i've played the demo and it's extremely dissapointing the combat is shallow and overly simple and that alone should warrant less than a 9 since it makes up about 80% of the game. The presentation was fine but graphics don't make the game only adds to it, granted this is all my opinion take it with a grain of salt and im not discouraging anyone in anyway to play this game just lower your hype level so you won't be let down.
