This getting AAAA? Yes, and aliens abducted me last night and flew me to the North Pole to have a few rounds of poker with Santa and the Abominable Snow Man. Serously, I think it will be a solid AA at best by the looks of it. Something I may check out later on next year on the cheap.

If GS gives this a 9 i'll lose faith in professional journalism as a whole, i've played the demo and it's extremely dissapointing the combat is shallow and overly simple and that alone should warrant less than a 9 since it makes up about 80% of the game. The presentation was fine but graphics don't make the game only adds to it, granted this is all my opinion take it with a grain of salt and im not discouraging anyone in anyway to play this game just lower your hype level so you won't be let down.

ill admit that it looks great but for some reason whenever I see a batman game (and I know there arent many of them) despite batman being my second favorite hero (first favorite is Iron man) I never want to get them :?

Oh and by the way to the rest of you. This is not movie released game. I feel most of you keep forgetting this a Batman game that has been in development for a few years and has some good developers behind it. So I know some of you keep defualting to thinking na it's another movie franchise game.

Honestly this game is going to be like Splinter Cell Conviction Batman Style with some BAM POP and BLIP on it.:shock:

It looks really really good. I can't wait to play it myself.

The only thing the demo shows off is combat. It isn't the actual game, its the challenge missions. The full game will be alot better then the demo

Dunno. I played a demo that was soley fighting and it felt a bit repitive. I know the full game will be much more, but my hype meter is only half full on this one.

I did play a little bit at the local Walmart where the PS3 is and the fighting part has kool but awfully repetitive.

I will give it this though...the graphics are awesome. If the gameplay can come through and add a little variety then the skies the limit on how well it'll do.

Yeah that was a joke and a crap one at that too :P Im actually getting this game, probably not at launch but sometime next year.

However on the spectrum, This game is closer to shovelware then AAAA (not a joke).

I've been looking foward to this since it was anounced and saw it had bat-stealth gameplay. Probably day one for me.

Even though the game might only get 9.0-9.5 it is a very high caliber game it appears. I played an extended version of the demo. And the game is truly a masterpiece one of the best games this gen by far. WAY TO GO EIDOS!!!

I dropped 100 bones on the CE, couldnt decide if I should get it for the PS3 or 360, hope I dont regret my decision. Ah well, can always buy another copy!....yes Im a batman nut. And I have high hopes for the game. Paul Dini doesnt usually let me down story wise, and the gameplay looks fun so Im ok having high hopes, despite all previous batman game attempts.

I don't think it'll receive AAAA status. Maybe "A" status, but definitely not AAAA. I played the demo, and the combat gets pretty repetitive. majadamus
