Battle of the stable framerates! (Frame Rate KING) Uncharted 3 Vs. Forza 4

Having a stable framerate is always good, but does it have da foliage?

Any PC game I play 1080p 8x MSAA Vsync 60 FPS locked. In a game like BC2 where I don't need Vsync on I can stay between 100 and 120 FPS the whole time
