Battlefield 1943: 360 vs. PS3 contest

Probably true since there are more PS3 fanboys spending there time on SW forum boards and purchase less games then Xbox360 fanboys.

Xbox gamers should be generally killer now with all the time spent on the top 10 FPS games on Xbox Live. HALO, COD WW and COD 4 and the relation with MLG.

I reckon they have the upper hand, the console is better suited for FPS and now have a tradition of many FPS games on a console.

Nahh, he just means they die a lot faster, so they are better gamers because they don't quit playing when they are doing horrible.

The game wasn't very fun, I downloaded the demo and it is a dissapointment to the battlefield series, also its a pretty ugly game

lol yeah or theres the folk like me who decided to go see Bruno which was awesome over a game xD.Its not who's better the challenge relies more or less on the install base and the amount of people who bought it on x console its nothing to do with skills if you look at it all it really is is sheer numbers..

No. This early on, people that want the game will buy the game for either side. A one day difference isn't going to matter. As long as the actual contest starts at the same time, it really doesn't matter.

If anything, the difference in the size of userbase will be a factor, not the date of release.

The 360 is going to win. I knew it the moment this stupid little contest was nnounced. Not because 360 gamers are 'better' or other bunk like that, but the numerical superiority of the online community is just overhwleming. It's not even fair, really.

Will this map unlock for both systems regardless how fast they get the 43 million kills just as long they get the kills? It would suck if the contest only gives the maps to who ever get the kills first.
