Wow, that looks amazing.
I can see how the extra peripheral vision could be a great advantage.
After watching for a while, I noticed less and less of the monitor bezels. That to me is the only turn off for multi-display setups.
You have a nice setup man.
Though I am sure some douchebag will come in here and claim otherwise or how consoles still do it better.
sweet man, iv been planning on getting 2 more monitors at some point in the near future, i read before tho that with nvidia surround that all 3 monitors have to be the same kind, is that true( i know your using amd but figured you might know)GamingVengeanceFor Nvidia Surround, all monitors must display the same resolution. For AMD, you can mix match. But really? why would you mix match anything? Also Eyefinity/Surround eats up a lot of vRAM. Nvidia cards as of late tend to have less vRAM than AMD cards unless you buy a custom vRAM Nvidia card. I remember playing Left 4 Dead 2 on my GTX 460 SLI build and I would get massive shuttering because I was out of vRAM. Left 4 Dead 2 is one of the least demanding popular games on PC. So imagine something more beefier. 2GB is the bare minimum I would suggest today. A lot of games will easily go over 2GBs in Triple+ monitor set ups.
When you start playing you don't notice the bezels because you aren't suppose to look at them.Wow, that looks amazing.

[QUOTE="danjammer69"]When you start playing you don't notice the bezels because you aren't suppose to look at them. yeah everyones biggest gripe is the bezels but you still only look at the middle screen. The sides are for periphrial vision. You don't even notice the bezels. Thanks I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. Yes i'm sure someone will come in here and talk ish but that is their opinion. Whatever. LOL most that talk ish haven't even played on a setup like mine. They just blind hate. It's surely not for everyone but i've been playing like this for 2 years now and i could never go back on pc. LOL it's hard going to my ps3 or xbox after playing on the pc for a while.Wow, that looks amazing.

Surround has to be all the same resoluiton but AMD you can mix match like said above.
I use 90....what is it suppose to be?That's incredible!
I just think you set up the in-game field of view too high.

[QUOTE="Lox_Cropek"]I use 90....what is it suppose to be?That's a preference, up to you. If you set it too high, though, it feels really weird, like what you're seeing in front of you in the game feels more like being seen from a different angle. I usually choose 90. Some people prefer something closer to 100, though. That's incredible!

in the vid is something wrong with the position of his right moniter bcause the wall looks bent and its really trippy 80 I don;t have triple moniter and its super disorienting when he turns. not bashing it but wow it think its because they let the characters turn enrealitically fast.....
i'm not sure about that. dont you get motion sickness?SamiRDuran
I think it's easier to, yeah. But it probably also depends on the game. Dead Island with all its swaying and motion when swinging your weapon or getting hit or knocked on the ground started to make me sick after an hour or so. A game that doesn't have stuff like that, e.g. Modern Warfare 2, never caused me any problems.

I have tons of videos on my channel. I got Shift 2 and wings of prey. Some are external recordings and many are with fraps. Eyefinity Playlist - http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL95B780059CC9A08F&feature=view_allyou should post a vid of a racing game with a lot of speed. That would look really cool :D is it possible to play xbox360/ps3 that way? I'm imagining wipeout HD fury on those screens with everything flying by

Cool setup. Personaly i don't like to play with 3 screens tho, I tried it at a friend and i find that the periferal vision distract me more than it help. Also I get a bit of motion sickness with it. Now i wonder what it would be like playing Stalker with 3 screens, that game gives me major motion sickness with a single screen already, I can't play it for more than 10 mins :P

Dead Island got me sick due its low field of view. It was at 62 degrees. I almost threw up I had to modify it to 90 degrees via a mod.[QUOTE="MyopicCanadian"][QUOTE="SamiRDuran"]i'm not sure about that. dont you get motion sickness?ShadowDeathX

Some people like mindless coop games like that. I actually like some depth. So if you want something depth like, ignore it. If you want something that could be fun with some people, then try it out. It does get repetitive since you are pretty much doing a similar thing all the time and the zombies don't present much of a challenge.I think it's easier to, yeah. I would love to be able to pool my funds into gaming more for setups like this, sadly my money is needed elsewhere

Pretty sweet setup though ;)
I would totally recommend it. LOLI'm totally jelly. I want a 3 monitor setup...

[QUOTE="SamiRDuran"]i'm not sure about that. dont you get motion sickness?lowe0Doesn't bother me. Shouldn't the self-described master race be able to handle it, if a mere consolite can?
Yeah lowe0 just like you said, you really don't troll
Isn't this unfair, since u see more than the enemy?Alpha-Male22
Pretty much. It's like having a HUGE fOV without the drawback of fisheyes. So you see them quicker than they see you. He deserves something extra for all that money :P

First world problems :P
That looks awful, like playing the game through a fisheye lens.
Shadow4020
I'm sure it's much better sitting right in front of it where it actually encompasses your head a bit.

Yeah. LOL it does but you can sense the hate. LOL Awful? really.......seriously LOL really! Yeah it fisheyes slightly but you got to image being in front of it and having the side monitors at a 30 degree angle wrapped around your face if you will. It's all about the immersion of having your periphrials covered by screen. Matched with surround sound. :)I feel like this set up would be PERFECT for my recent "James Earl Cash" playstyle of sneaking and rushing people from behind to brutally stab them with my knife. The extra peripheral vision would allow me to acquire targets easier and then find a good way to get behind them and stab them to death.
It is just damn satisfying to get the Melee Ribbon in a round (4 melee kills), and in CQ its at least 5x easier to do then having to poke around known sniper spots in larger maps and hope I don't get noticed or shot. Of course I've noticed that half my kills involve me teleporting to a guy that is either already facing me or 5 feet away from me and going into an animation, which is neat but reminds me too much of Commando in MW2 and the animations in Killzone 3.
