This doesn't surprise me to be honest. Most people who pre-order games aren't the COD audience. Block ops I think sold like 20 mil units...MW3 Will probably sell about the same or less. I don't see it selling higher. BF3, I think may sell about 15 mil units...if it's really lucky. Pre Orders don't mean much.

In other news Gran Turismo 6 has been pushed back to 2088, Halo 5 and 6 announced, and Uncharted 3 Drakes Deception's multi-player is now being caalled Uncharted 3, Drakes bad connection.

This is about preorders, not actual sales numbers. The demand for Battlefield 3 is currently higher.

I never pre-order one game... it's the end of the world if I don't have any game on day one.

Why not? The only other game similar to CoD and actually good is Homefront. It was better in every way except SP length. You don't beat it by using the same game. You beat it by using a different game all together. That's why Battlefield will overtake it.

This is remarkably true. Pre orders actually don't mean much. Im glad to see it taking a kicking to MW3 but sales themselves are what count. Tonnes of "bro gamers" will just pick it up before college/work and play when they get home

BF3 might sell amazing... but if not, it doesn't matter because it will be hands down a better game than MW3 no matter what MW3 turns out to be like because MW3 will stil be just like COD4.
