BF2 jets added a whole new component to the game. Basically jets helped make BF2 one of my fav games of all time. Now BFBC2 maps don't seem to be big enough to support jets, so i guess it makes sense. I mean not every BF2 map even had jets because of urban environments.

Why is this in the SyStem wars section when its PS3 only?

Man, I hope this game blows MW2 out of the water. The CoD franchise is getting too much (undeserved) attention IMO.

Sweet 1st match. I had a rough start too. I didn't know left from right and my timing for switching classes was terrible. Every time I'd switch to medic, a tank would come and every time I'd switch to Engineer, waves of people would come at me, lol

So, is the gunplay alot quicker as it seemed in the vids? Do foes go down as faster as well?

wow this game owns, love the feel of the guns and the entire look of the game, I didn't get into the first BC that much but this one is looking great. MAG might take a backseat to this game.

I can't tell ya 100% but the gunplay is face paced. I like playing medic though.. reviving is fun :D

I wanted to play as a Medic but then I noticed no one was handling the tanks. So, I switched to Engineer to be the full time anti-tank guy, lol

I like how tanks don't feel overwhelming, you think with the destructive environments in the game tanks would rain supreme.. but there are pretty easy to counter if they got no support.

It is 10x easier to drop enemies now, much tighter aiming than I ever thought possible with a BF game. You really need to keep your head down. Great enviroments, AMAZING sound (seriously best sound I have heard in a video game ever, amazing enviroments...

This is a must buy for me next year.

Yeah. Without support, they are easy to take down. But when they do have support, the experience can be painful ;.;\

Yes. Keeping your head down is very important, which is why the first thing I learned to how to do was crouch, especially since I started off in a pretty wide open stretch of land :P

*UPDATE*

I just ran into a room with 4 enemies disarming the bomb and just sprayed them all and killed every last one. Weapons are now as powerful as they need to be.

I am sorry but MW2 can go cry, this is amazing.

Still waiting for the PC beta...

I was utterly impressed by the destructible environment, I didn't know that debris can now squish people to death. I fell victim for this mechanic, but I can't stop having a big smile on my face. :D

Making it easier to get kills =/= kills are easy to get... because they aren't if people are playing as a team.

Wow. . . I love being a sniper. I LOVE it. Amazing gunplay, weapons are a lot more powerful now. The one thing I have trouble with is trying to knife someone. . . it's pure hell - I just don't like it.

And the one thing I learned is you better keep your head down and work with your teammates. If not, then you'll die. *silence* Oh yes, I'm serious.

Absolutely amazing game so far, but I'm pretty pissed, I just got done unlocking a bunch of stuff and I get to rank 11 and exit the game, it kicks me out to the main menu and I check my equipment and all my progress is gone. Completely gone.

I had a ton of weapons unlocked and now I have to start all over. Don't have my XM8 or my SCAR....ugh so frustrated right now...

Just got done playing for a bit and am fairly impressed. A little gnarly around the edges, but it is a Beta and is to be expected. I am particularly impressed with how the tanks handle. Probably the some of the best tanks I have ever operated in a game and that is no joke. I am looking forward to enjoying this in addition to MW2. Very different types of shooters anyway and both should be enjoyed for what each brings to the table in my opinion.

I haven't DL'd it yet...My question to everyone who has played it is how are the server's is there alot of lag in the game???

I did not experience any lag at all. Played quite smoothly, actually.

My only complaint thus far is the hit detection is a little inconsistent at times, but it is only the beta. The power of the guns is done perfect. Pretty much who ever lands the first shot wins the gun fight. Wish other games would have strong weapons like this.
