well officially it was only the 360 and PS3 version, so they announced the PS3 version was cancelled, and on the games page it only shows a 360 version, I dont think they need to debunk the Wii version

its not the original topic, the link leads to a post in there with the scan of famitsu where it says its official, and Kotaku wouldnt post something that wasnt true like that, they have editors that can read japanese, not to mention one of them prolly has his hands on that actual copy of the mag

300,000 is not a high attach rate at all, compared to Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy thats just pathetic. Jesus I think more PS3's have been sold in one province here in Canada then that.

I never played the previous games, but I'm definately picking this one up.

I liked Katimari, but not enough to buy an Xbox for. I can't think of anyone who likes Katimari enough to switch systems. Namco screwed themselves and katimari fans overwit this BS descision. I hope they ride to the wall for it.

I highly doubt that, Blue Dragon did not help the 360's market share at all there, I dont even think the console has passed 1 million units sold there, Eternal Sonata has not helped either considering it has not even broken 100k yet and its been out for almost a month. The fact is that games made in that region have sold terribly compared to what they would on the PS3 or Wii, because its brand loyalty and lemmings need to accept that. Katamari wasn't that huge of a seller last gen either on the PS2, it was popular but not like 5 million in Japan popular so to speak.

Rumors do sometimes turn out to be true. ... Never know. Of course it's possible that the Wii won't get Beautiful Katamari, but a diffrent Katamari game... I mean it's fanbase is perfect for it... and the Xbox 360's... Don't see it doing as well with the that demographic.
